Nuran Wireless Inc. has consolidated its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one postconsolidation common share for every 25 preconsolidation common shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 7,123,117 common shares.

The name and symbol will not change.
