MGX Minerals Inc. has responded to the court case filed by its chairman, Marc Bruner, over shares that he claims the company owes him for consulting work. The company says that Mr. Bruner is not entitled to those shares, as he did little work. He was away for several months and was busy with outside litigation, MGX contends.
The company is responding to a petition that Mr. Bruner brought in the Supreme Court of British Columbia on May 16, 2018. The petition claimed that MGX failed to issue shares that represented Mr. Bruner's fee for the period from Jan. 1, 2017, to Aug. 1, 2018. MGX only issued him 2.2 million of the 9.5 million shares that it was supposed to, the petition stated. Mr. Bruner sought the court-ordered issuance of the remainder.

3 hillbilly jars of material on the website, one man drinks one jar equivalent pretty fast, if that’s the size of material in and out, it doesn’t compare with pictures of lithium brine miners material.. the Chinese logging company with little fence post trees got busted when those pictures appeared of their logging operation
