The Company changed its name to New Tech Minerals Corp. today effective after the close of trading.
Effective at the opening of trading on March 1, 2019, the shares of the Company will trade under the new
name. The symbol "NTM" is unchanged.

New Tech Minerals Corp. is engaged in the exploration and development of promising cobalt, vanadium,
lithium and potash projects in America, including the Buena Vista and Tule cobalt projects in Nevada, the
