The TSX Venture Exchange lost 2.06 points to 771.99 Friday, ending the week down 6.46 points. Two capital pool shells have closed their qualifying transactions and begun trading as shell graduates. First, Connor Cruise's Brassneck Capital Corp. has closed its marijuana QT and begun trading as National Access Cannabis Corp. (NAC: $0.235). National Access reached an intraday high of 25 cents before closing at 23.5 cents on 1.18 million shares. Second, Daniel Dorey and Pierre Setlakwe's OneCap Investment Corp. (OIC: $0.20) has closed its Colombian gold mining QT. It is keeping its name. Today, it had one trade at 10 cents on an odd lot of two shares.

National Access operates 10 marijuana consultation clinics across Canada. It plans to open five more in the next five months. It provides pot prescriptions, and then it receives referral fees from the licensed pot producers. It also sells marijuana-related products, such as grinders and vaporizers, through its website. It is not yet profitable.
