The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced Nov. 14, 2018.

Number of shares:  300,000 shares

Purchase price:  53 U.S. cents per share

Warrants:  300,000 share purchase warrants to purchase 300,000 shares

Warrant exercise price:  66 U.S. cents for a period of one year

Number of placees:  one placee

Note that in certain circumstances the exchange may later extend the expiry date of the warrants, if they are less than the maximum permitted term.
