DALLAS, TX / ACCESSWIRE / February 13, 2018 / Puration, Inc. (USOTC: PURA) today announced mounting sales momentum and having received recent inquiries from beverage industry businesses indicating an interest in acquiring Puration's EVERx CBD Infused Sports Water business operation.
"We've just initiated our largest production run of EVERx since launching the beverage line last year," said Brian Shibley, CEO of Puration. "We have even made a proposal to invest in our co-packer to insure they are prepared to support our anticipated growing sales. Our success with EVERx sales through the first retail chain we engaged has generated explosive demand from other retail chains. We have also fielded recent inquiries expressing interesting in acquiring the EVERx Nutrition business operation from Puration. Through the inquiries, it has come to our attention that major beverage industry companies are now starting to explore entry into the cannabis infused beverage market. 2018 is shaping up to be game changer for Puration and the cannabis infused beverage market at large."
Puration introduced its EVERx CBD Infused Sports Water at Arnold Schwarzenegger's Annual Arnold Sports Festival last year and is returning to the Arnold this year on March 1st to introduce its first two flavored waters: EVERx CBD Infused Kiwi-Strawberry Sports Water and EVERx CBD Infused Lemon-Lime Sports Water. EVERx Sports Water is built on two patents that together deliver a combination of characteristics that are unprecedented in the beverage industry. In addition to the benefits of its CBD infusions, EVERx Sports Water has an optimal alkaline pH level formulated with antioxidants and electrolytes to deliver the most effective hydration available in the alkaline water market.
Mr. Shibley, continued, "And EVERx is not our only source of revenue. Last year, Puration acquired a grow operation. The cannabis research grow operation, being built to complement our cannabis extraction patented technology, is strategically buoyed with a conventional nursery operation targeting the conventional home garden market to organically finance the infrastructure to support a major future marijuana grow operation when the legal environment is more conducive. The first grow operation we've started to put into operation has the capacity to expand to 400 greenhouses. More grow operations are planned. Twenty-five greenhouses were put into operation in the fall and are ready for the spring market home garden market."
