Von Dolteren-Fournier operates her practice under the name AEGIS Advisors, after the Greek word meaning "protector". She is supported by senior franchise field vice president Brian Mora.
“I started my career at IDS [Investors Diversified Services, Inc., a predecessor of Ameriprise] almost 25 years ago because they had the best training in the industry on how to serve clients well,” said Von Dolteren-Fournier. “After a few years I left to pursue an opportunity to work with more institutional clients, before evolving my career to return to my roots and help more individuals and families plan for their futures. I decided to return to Ameriprise because of the strong emphasis the firm has on financial planning. The moment that did it for me was when I was at Ameriprise’s headquarters in Minneapolis. An Ameriprise technology leader showed me how a client sees their financial situation come to life through the firm’s digital planning tools. In particular, I loved how Ameriprise clients are able to clearly see their probability of success with key goals, including retirement.”
Reflecting on the types of clients she’s focused on serving, Von Dolteren-Fournier said, “I follow the threshold rule for working with new clients: If they walk over my office threshold and are serious about reaching their goals by having a comprehensive financial plan and an advisor to provide accountability, then I’m willing to work with them.”
Ingham has 19 years of experience serving clients, while Turner has 41 years. They are joined at Ameriprise by advisors Matthew Flynn, Branimir Milosevic, Thomas Seidl and Richard Boschert, and support staff Beth Ventimiglia, John Woch, Ashley Hackman, and LaDontai Harris also from Concorde. Franchise field vice president Tricia Kaye supports the team.
