The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation of a property purchase agreement dated June 24, 2008, between the issuer, and William Kuran and Warren Heidman, whereby the issuer may acquire a 100-per-cent interest in all the vendors rights, title and interest in and to certain claims located 30 kilometres west of Snow Lake, Man.
