VITREOUS GLASS INC. ANNOUNCES CASH DIVIDEND

Vitreous Glass Inc.'s board of directors has declared a cash dividend of six cents per common share to be paid on Feb. 15, 2008, to the shareholders of record as of the close of business on Feb. 1, 2008. Although this is a special dividend, depending on the results of business, the corporation hopes to be able to continue to pay dividends on a regular basis.
