The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a joint venture and option agreement dated Sept. 2, 2008, between Mill City Gold Corp., Temex Resources Corp. (a TSX Venture Exchange-listed company) and East West Resource Corporation (a TSX Venture Exchange-listed company), whereby the company can earn a 50-per-cent interest in the GP2 property located in the Sachigo greenstone belt in the James Bay Lowlands region of Northern Ontario.
