Further to its news in Stockwatch dated Feb. 13, 2006, Grand Power Logistics Group Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary, Grand Power Express International Ltd. of Hong Kong, became a registered cargo agent, and not a member of, International Air Transport Association (IATA), effective Feb. 1, 2006, by entering into a cargo agency agreement with IATA. IATA membership status is only applicable for airlines.
