TMX GROUP INC. DECLARES DIVIDEND OF $0.38 PER COMMON SHARE

The board of directors of TMX Group Inc. has declared a dividend of 38 cents on each common share outstanding, payable on Nov. 27, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 13, 2009.

TMX Group hereby advises all shareholders of record on Nov. 13, 2009, that the dividend to be paid on the common shares on Nov. 27, 2009, is designated as an eligible dividend for income tax purposes.
