Effective at the opening Monday, July 6, 2009, the shares of the company will be listed on the NEX, but trading in the shares of the company will remain suspended.
Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.
The company has been suspended from trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange effective at May 4, 2009. Please refer to the TSX bulletin dated May 4, 2009. The company no longer meets TSX minimum listing requirements and also does not meet the requirements of a TSX Venture Exchange Tier 2 company. As a result, the company will be delisted from the TSX at the close on July 3, 2009. Please refer to the TSX bulletin dated June 3, 2009.
