TEMPLE REIT ANNOUNCES DECEMBER 2009 QUARTERLY DISTRIBUTION

Temple Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a distribution of 10 cents per unit (40 cents per unit on an annualized basis) for the quarter ending Dec. 31, 2009. Payment will be made on Dec. 31, 2009, to the unitholders of record as of Dec. 15, 2009.
