TRIBUNE MINERALS CLOSES $475,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Tribune Minerals Corp., further to the company's news release in Stockwatch dated Sept. 24, 2009, has closed a non-brokered private placement of 2.5 million units at a price of 19 cents per unit for gross proceeds of $475,000.

Each unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant exercisable at a price of 22 cents for two years from the closing date of the offering.
