Kelly Russell, BCom, has joined the board of directors of Tribune Minerals Corp. Ms. Russell is currently a director/officer for a number of early stage public companies in the precious metals exploration sector. Ms. Russell obtained a bachelor of commerce from the University of Otago in 2001, and has completed the securities continuous disclosure program for directors and officers, through Simon Fraser University.
