TELUS CORPORATION - NOTICE OF CASH DIVIDEND

Telus Corp. has declared a quarterly dividend of 47.5 cents per share on the issued and outstanding common shares and 47.5 per share on the issued and outstanding non-voting shares of the company payable on Jan. 4, 2010, to holders of record at the close of business on Dec. 11, 2009.
