PETROMIN INCREASES OWNERSHIP OF TERRAWEST ENERGY CORP.

Petromin Resources Ltd.'s board of directors has unanimously approved and exercised warrants, purchasing an additional 16,666,667 common shares of TerraWest Energy Corp. (TWE), maintaining its holdings in TWE at approximately 30 per cent.
