Effective at the opening of business on Friday, Oct. 16, 2009, the following securities of Imvescor Restaurant Group Inc. will be listed and posted for trading under the trading information set out below in substitution for the currently listed securities of PDM Royalties Income Fund (symbols: PDM.UN and PDM.DB), which will be delisted at that time.

The foregoing results from a recently effective plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corporations Act involving the fund and the company, among others.
