The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an option agreement dated Oct. 7, 2009, between Nortec Ventures Corp. and Vulcan Resources Ltd., a company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, whereby the company will acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Haukiaho property, consisting of five mineral concessions comprising 465.45 hectares, located near Posio in northern Finland.
