NORTH AMERICAN TUNGSTEN ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

North American Tungsten Corp. Ltd. has negotiated a non-brokered private placement of 20,433,333 common shares at a price of 15 cents per share for proceeds of $3,065,000. The proceeds of the private placement will be used for working capital. The private placement is subject to regulatory approval.
