SHARES OF NEW GLOBAL VENTURES TO RESUME TRADING

Further to Stockwatch news dated Sept. 29, 2009, announcing the termination of the proposed business combination between New Global Ventures and Comanche Clean Energy Corporation, trading in New Global common shares will resume on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2009. Trading in New Global common shares was halted on Aug. 12, 2009.
