NETWORK CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Network Exploration Ltd. has received TSX Venture Exchange approval to close the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement announced in Stockwatch on Aug. 12, 2009.

On Sept. 29, 2009, the company closed the second tranche of its private placement whereby it issued 375,000 units at a price of four cents per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one further common share at eight cents for a one-year period following the closing date.
