The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an option agreement dated Aug. 31, 2009, between Newcastle Minerals Ltd. and Richard Macey, whereby the company will acquire a 100-per-cent interest in nine mineral tenures covering approximately 4,000 hectares located approximately 30 kilometres west-northwest of 70 Mile House, B.C.

Total consideration consists of $50,000 in cash payments and three million shares of the company.
