NEWFOUNDLAND CAPITAL CONFIRMS 3 FOR 1 STOCK SPLIT

Newfoundland Capital Corp. Ltd.'s Class A subordinate voting shares and the Class B common shares will commence trading on a three-for-one split basis at the opening of business on Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2009.

Shareholders do not need to do anything with their existing share certificates. Additional share certificates representing two additional Class A shares and two additional Class B shares for each Class A share and each Class B share held as of the record date, respectively, will be mailed out to shareholders shortly after the record date of Nov. 27, 2009.
