METHANEX CORPORATION-NOTICE OF CASH DIVIDEND

Methanex Corp.'s board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 15.5 U.S. cents per share that will be payable on Dec. 31, 2009, to holders of common shares of record on Dec. 17, 2009.
