Mr. Brian MacEachen reports LINEAR METALS PROVIDES AN UPDATE ON THE SEYMOUR LAKE LITHIUM PROJECT Linear Metals Corp.'s recently completed staking program has significantly increased the size of the Seymour Lake property and Linear has initiated a drill program on its 100-per-cent-owned Seymour Lake lithium/tantalum/beryllium project, located to the east of the town of Armstrong, in Northwestern Ontario.
The current drill program will follow up on the significant lithium mineralization intersected in 28 out of 31 holes drilled during a 2002 drill program. The program will test the mineralization along strike from the North Aubrey and South Aubrey zones identified during the 2002 drill program, as well as some of the many targets generated by an enzyme leach soil sampling program completed in 2008 (see news in Stockwatch Sept. 2, 2009). The drill program will also test lower mineralized horizons intersected during the 2002 drill program despite most of the holes being drilled to relatively shallow depths of less than 60 metres.
