LUMEX CAPITAL RECEIVES EXTENSION OF DEADLINE TO COMPLETE ITS QUALIFYING TRANSACTION

The TSX Venture Exchange has granted Lumex Capital Corp. a six-month extension to complete its qualifying transaction pursuant to the TSX-V's news in Stockwatch dated Nov. 3, 2008, as amended by the exchange on March 6, 2009. As a result of the six-month extension, the deadline for the company to complete its QT is now Dec. 1, 2009.
