JNR ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

JNR Resources Inc. has closed its private placement totalling $325,000. These funds were raised through the issue of 1.3 million flow-through common shares by JNR at a price of 25 cents per share.

A commission of $10,000 was paid to Toll Cross Securities Inc., as consideration for arranging a portion of the private placement.
