JNR INCREASES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

JNR Resources Inc. confirms that due to strong demand, JNR has agreed to increase the financing it announced in Stockwatch on July 14, 2009, by $125,000 to $325,000. These funds will be raised by the company issuing a total of 1.3 million flow-through shares at a price of 25 cents per share. The offering is fully subscribed.
