Healthpricer Interactive Ltd. has reported its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2009.
Operational highlights
Healthpricer received three more significant industry awards:
- Sixth Annual International Business Awards: Stevie finalist for best on-line ad;
- The 15th Annual Communicator Awards: silver award of distinction winner in on-line advertising and marketing and silver award of distinction -- websites, health.
Healthpricer's health product advertising network introduced a pilot of its revolutionary co-op ad which will allow merchants to utilize product brand co-op funds in Internet advertising, bringing retail flyers and end-caps on-line.
During the three months ended June 30, 2009, the company raised $316,627 through the issuance of unsecured promissory notes to a related party.
