GEODEX MINERALS DIRECTOR CLEM PELLETIER RESIGNS

Clem Pelletier has submitted his resignation as a director of Geodex Minerals Ltd. due to his other business commitments. Mark Fields, president of Geodex, commented: "I would like to express my personal thanks for Clem's guidance and counsel on the company's corporate affairs and particularly the Sisson Brook tungsten-molybdenum project. Geodex has benefited from his contributions during his tenure as a director."
