The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a property option agreement between Geodex Minerals Ltd., Southfield Resources Ltd. and Campfire Resources Ltd., whereby the company has the option to earn up to a 90-per-cent interest in 63 claims comprising the Flume Ridge property located in Charlotte county in New Brunswick. In consideration, the company will issue to the vendors a total of 150,000 common shares and $30,000 over a three-year period ($2,500 and 50,000 shares upon exchange approval).
