ANNOUNCES GOING PRIVATE TRANSACTION Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment Ltd. has entered into an arrangement agreement with 1456537 Alberta Inc. pursuant to which the purchaser will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of the corporation not owned by the shareholders of the purchaser at 50 cents per common share. Arnon Levy, president of the corporation, is the majority shareholder of the purchaser. This proposed going-private transaction will be effected pursuant to a plan of arrangement under Section 193 of the Business Corporations Act (Alberta). An annual general and special meeting of shareholders will be held on Nov. 26, 2009, to consider and vote upon, among other things, the arrangement. An interim order dated Oct. 29, 2009, was granted by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, directing the conduct of the shareholders meeting and other matters relevant to the arrangement.
