Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders Aug. 19, 2009, the company has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening, Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2009, the common shares of GGL Resources Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of GGL Diamond Corp. will be delisted. The company is classified as an exploration/development company.
