JUDGMENT AWARDED AGAINST FIBER OPTIC SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY (CANADA), INC.

A judgment was delivered earlier today in the High Court of Justice, Queen's Bench Division, in London, England, awarding 50,000 pounds sterling, plus interest and costs of 100,000 pounds sterling, against one of Fiber Optic System Technolgoy Inc.'s subsidiaries, Fiber Optic Systems Technology (Canada) Inc. (Fiber Optic Canada).
