The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Canacol Energy Ltd.'s proposal to issue 165,931 shares at a deemed price of 22 cents, 23,255 shares at a deemed price of 15.05 cents and 43,758 shares at a deemed price of 18.62 cents in consideration of services provided to the company for the months of May and June, 2009, pursuant to a consulting agreement dated May 15, 2009.
