Gold Hawk Resources, Nyrstar disposition agreement

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a share purchase agreement dated Sept. 30, 2009, between Gold Hawk Resources Inc. and Nyrstar, pursuant to which Nyrstar will acquire an 85-per-cent interest in the company's Peruvian operating subsidiary (Compania Minera San Juan (Peru) S.A. (CMSJ)) for $15-million (U.S.).

As part of the transaction, Nyrstar will also assume the company's guarantee in respect of CMSJ's existing $13-million (U.S.) senior debt facility, which is payable in February, 2010.
