AMENDMENT OF WARRANT TERMS

CCT Capital Ltd. is applying to the TSX Venture Exchange to amend the price and extend the expiry date for exercise of its share purchase warrants issued on Aug. 10, 2007.

The company is applying to:

• Reduce the exercise price of the share purchase warrants from 33 cents per warrant share to 10 cents per warrant share;
• Extend the expiry date by an additional three years, to Aug. 10, 2012.

The share purchase warrants were issued for a period of two years, expiring on Aug. 10, 2009.
