Bold Ventures Inc. is appointing Derrick Strickland, MBA,
PGeo, to the board of directors.
Mr. Strickland is an independent geological consultant. He is a registered professional geologist
with Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (APEGBC) and
holds a bachelor of science in geology, as well as a master of business administration. His
career has spanned over 20 years, working throughout Canada, United States, Mexico, Japan, Mongolia,
China and Europe. This experience includes management of exploration projects, instituting
quality assurance programs, providing geological technical expertise and leadership to resource
companies at the board level. Mr. Strickland currently sits on the board of Ringbolt Ventures Ltd.,
E-Energy Ventures, Inc., New Shoshoni Ventures Inc. and International Samuel Exploration
Corp.
