BELL ALIANT ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTION FOR NOVEMBER 2009

Bell Aliant Regional Communications Income Fund will pay its cash distribution of 24.1 cents per unit for the month of November, 2009.

The distribution will be paid on Dec. 15, 2009, to unitholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 30, 2009. The declaration of future distributions is subject to approval by the Bell Aliant trustees.
