ARMTEC INFRASTRUCTURE INCOME FUND TO HOLD THIRD QUARTER 2009 RESULTS CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST

Armtec Infrastructure Income Fund will hold a conference call and live audio webcast on Nov. 12, 2009, at 10 a.m. (ET) to discuss its third-quarter results.

A news release in Stockwatch announcing the results will be issued prior to the call.

The call will be hosted by Charles Phillips, president and chief executive officer, and James Newell, chief financial officer. Following management's presentation, there will be a question-and-answer session for analysts and investors.
