ACADIAN MINING REPAYS TERM LOAN

Acadian Mining Corp. has repaid in full the balance of term loan from Royal Roads Corp. due on Nov. 28, 2009, which was in the principal amount of approximately $2.65-million. The loan was secured by the assets of Acadian Mining, which security will now be released.
