LYNN FACTOR ACQUIRES SECURITIES OF ANSELL CAPITAL CORP.

Lynn Factor confirms that on July 9, 2009, she acquired ownership of one million common shares of Ansell Capital Corp. and one million common share purchase warrants. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one additional common share at a price of 20 cents until July 9, 2010. In the event that the warrants are fully exercised, these holdings represent approximately 12.1 per cent of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Ansell as of July 9, 2009, calculated on a partially diluted basis, assuming the exercise of the warrants only.
