RYE, N.Y., Oct. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Jarden Corporation today announced that it will release financial results for the third quarter 2009 on October 28, 2009, after the market closes.

Investors are invited to listen to a webcast of the Company's conference call to discuss its financial results at 4:45 p.m. Eastern Time on October 28, 2009, at the Company's website, www.jarden.com. Participants on the call will include Martin E. Franklin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; Ian G. H. Ashken, Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer; and James E. Lillie, President and Chief Operating Officer.
