NEW YORK, Nov. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Dover Corporation today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 (twenty-six cents) per share, payable on December 15, 2009 to shareholders of record as of November 30, 2009.
