STUART, Fla., Nov. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida ("Seacoast"), a bank holding company whose principal subsidiary is Seacoast National Bank, announced that it will participate in Sandler O'Neill & Partners, L.P.'s 2009 East Coast Financial Services Conference in Palm Beach, Florida on November 11-13, 2009.

Dennis S. Hudson, III, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Seacoast, along with representatives from other banks, will participate in a panel discussion on Managing Capital in the Southeast on Thursday, November 12, 2009 from 9:45 AM until 10:20 AM.

The panel discussion will be webcast and can be accessed through Seacoast's website at www.seacoastbanking.net, under Presentations. Investors listening to the webcast should register at least 10 minutes prior to the presentation. The webcast will be archived and available for replay for 30 days after the conference, beginning on November 13, 2009.
