class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for
the Northern District of California on behalf of purchasers of Hansen
Medical, Inc. ("Hansen" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: HNSN) who purchased
shares between May 1, 2008 and October 18, 2009, inclusive (the "Class
Period"). The lawsuit alleges Hansen Medical and certain of its officers
violated federal securities laws. According to the complaint, the Company
misstated its revenues and financial results during the Class Period in
violation of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
