Pinnacle Financial Partners Inc. (Nasdaq/NGS: PNFP) today reported preliminary quarterly results of a loss per fully diluted common share available to common stockholders of ($0.15) for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2009, compared to $0.36 of earnings per fully diluted common share available to common stockholders for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2008.

Fully diluted loss per common share available to common stockholders was ($1.39) for the nine months ended Sept. 30, 2009, compared to $0.96 of earnings per fully diluted common share available to common stockholders for the nine months ended Sept. 30, 2008.
