Midwest Banc Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: MBHI) announced that it will release third quarter 2009 earnings after the market closes on Tuesday, October 27, 2009, and conduct a conference call to discuss these results the following morning, October 28, 2009, at 11:00 A.M. eastern / 10:00 A.M. central.
